We launched our own business under the summer entrepreneurial program (SEE) at IESE business school. Our service is to provide a platform where language students can find online tutors easily and study the language as effective as possible.
There are so many free apps in the market these days. We would like to provide a complementary measure those who would like to enhance their learning by using conversational lessons with us.
First week, we built our MVP (Minimum Viable Product)to demonstrate our potential customers who might currently suffer a certain problems with existent service providers. Second week, we add some features to our MVP according to feedback from our customers, both teachers and students.
Now, third week, we are struggling to find a new customer who might convert our paid customers through our funnel that build for the first 2 weeks. We created Google Adwords, and Facebook ads, but so far the progress is much worse than we expected.
Let's see how we can pull off this project during the summer.
